Ken Ferris - Clinical Director
Educational & Developmental Psychologist
Ken has over ten years’ experience working with children, adults, families and couples, across Government and Private settings, having provided therapy, assessment and educational services.
Ken incorporates Attachment and Schematic approaches, and works proficiently with presentations of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Behaviour Management, and workplace conflict among others.
Renee Ferris - Director
Renee has over ten years’ experience in private practice, working with clients across the age range. Today, Renee focuses her therapeutic practice and professional development on general adult mental health, trauma and attachment difficulties.
She works with clients with an insightful and analytical approach towards a more informed and ultimately healthier concept of self.
Adrienne has been with Riverlands Therapy Services since 2008, now choosing to work exclusively with the post school-age population.
Greg Pankhurst is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. Greg is passionate about helping people develop capability, wisdom and resilience for everyday life. Greg assists clients to get to know their own patterns of living, find their direction, and move toward their goals more consciously.
Karen has over 30 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She works in a collaborative way to help people improve the quality of their relationship and life satisfaction.
Rosalind (Rose) Dayman
Rosalind Dayman has 25 years experience working with adults, adolescents and couples.
Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, stress management, chronic pain management, anger management, adjustment issues and workplace difficulties.
Samantha has over ten years’ experience working with children and adolescents as a School Counsellor.
Tania Attley – No New Clients
Tania is fortunate to have more than five years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Areas of interest include trauma (developmental, complex & PTSD), and how this impacts neurobiology, behaviour and personality.
Nicolina works mainly with adult clients in the management of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorders, postnatal and perinatal issues, loss and grief, coping with acute and chronic illness, work place issues and workers compensation referrals, coping with change and issues of aging.
Clinical Social Worker
Christine has been counselling for the past 27 years. Christine works within a model that seeks to assist individuals to understand the issues that facilitate change, process past trauma, adjust to life events and develop new ways of coping.
Barbara has over 25 years of broad experience working with adults and adolescents.
Prior to moving to private practice as a psychologist, Janine had extensive experience as a counselling hypnotherapist, as a counselling and hypnotherapy trainer, and working in the areas of workers comp rehabilitation, unemployment and adult education.
Kylie Pidgeon works with adolescents, adults, couples and families to facilitate resilience and positive changes in every arena of life.
Regina is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in private practice, schools, hospitals and forensic settings. She has provided both individual and group therapy to adults and is proficient in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive-compulsive behaviours and trauma.
Registered Psychologist (Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar)
Joanne is a Registered Psychologist, and Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar, delivering neuropsychological assessment services for children and adults. Joanne has always had an interest in the brain and its impact upon human behaviour and cognition, enjoying her interactions with clients, showing compassion and empathy.
Registered Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar)
Patrick has experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of interest include using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework through a holistic and systemic approach to address mood and anxiety disorders, complex presentations, trauma as well as psychometric testing and assessments.

Lorrie is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with 15 years’ experience. She has worked extensively with clients, teams and organisations across NSW health and the Non-governmental organization sector.
Deana is one of our Office Managers and the first point of contact at Riverlands Therapy Services. She occupies the role of front of house receptionist welcoming new and existing clients, taking telephone calls, booking appointments with your selected therapist, or is more than happy to find the most suitable person to assist you from our team.
Amy is one of our Office Managers and is a first point of contact at Riverlands Therapy Services. Amy is a valuable source of knowledge regarding the professional strengths and preferences of all staff members at Riverlands. This can be great assistance to clients and referrers when sourcing the most suitable and effective therapist. She also assists with many aspects of the business operations for Riverlands.
