Are you feeling stuck, feeling like things can never get better? Perhaps you have been going through a tough time and are starting to feel like you need some help. As psychologists, it is our job to assist people to make the changes that they want to see in their own lives.
We love helping children build self-awareness and resilience, helping them do things that they never thought they could. We prioritise working closely with parents/carers. It is imperative we understand the system that the child is a part of in order to assist in the most comprehensive and effective way.
Friendship issues, study stress, relationship problems, anxiety… We are here to help young people with the challenges of adolescence.
Designed for individuals who are interested in connecting with others, or who may be feeling isolated by challenging experiences, our group programs will assist participants to explore and develop coping skills and strategies for managing challenge or adverse experiences.
It is important to know we do not offer a crisis service and therapists are not always available to speak during these hours (as their time is reserved for face-to-face sessions).
