Seeking therapy is a brave step for many, and one of the most rewarding elements of Renee’s role as a psychologist is being granted the privilege of hearing people’s story – their innermost thoughts and feelings, the intricacies and complexities that make us the profound individuals we are.
Therapeutic rapport is the primary foundation for effective psychological support, but intuitive understanding of well renowned and researched modalities that will assist each client towards an enhanced sense of self and increased quality of life, is a professional responsibility that Renee highly prioritises.
