As a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist, Fred is committed to supporting individuals in navigating their mental health journeys with evidence-based care.

Fred has worked with diverse populations, addressing a range of mental health concerns with a client-centered and strengths-based approach. His goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve meaningful change.

Fred has worked with clients who have a variety of presentations, such as mood disorders (depressive disorder, dysthymic disorder, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (GAD, Panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, phobias), substance use disorders (abuse and dependence), adjustment disorders, psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder), developmental disorders (ADHD, ODD, CD), personality disorders (e.g. borderline personality disorder and perinatal disorders.

With experience in psychological assessment, intervention, and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, humanistic, narrative, solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and play-based approaches, Fred strives to provide tailored support that fosters resilience and personal growth.

Autism and cognitive assessments are able to provided as requested.

Fred is pleased to join the Riverlands team, working in Blaxland on Mondays, & Tuesdays in Penrith.
