Ken has over ten years’ experience working with children, adults, families and couples, across Government and Private settings, having provided therapy, assessment and educational services.
Ken incorporates Attachment and Schematic approaches, and works proficiently with presentations of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Behaviour Management, and workplace conflict among others.
Renee Ferris - Director
Renee works from –
Penrith on Monday & Thursday
Blaxland on Tuesday & Friday
Renee has over ten years’ experience in private practice, working with clients across the age range. Today, Renee focuses her therapeutic practice and professional development on general adult mental health, trauma and attachment difficulties.
She works with clients with an insightful and analytical approach towards a more informed and ultimately healthier concept of self.
Anita George (Dr.)
Dr George works from – Blaxland on Wednesday and Penrith on Friday
Dr Anita George gained her MBBS at Sydney University, and has over 30 years’ medical knowledge. Her vast experience covers a broad range of mental health domains, promoting mindfulness across various settings and relationships as part of daily life.
Greg works from Blaxland on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Greg Pankhurst is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. Greg is passionate about helping people develop capability, wisdom and resilience for everyday life. Greg assists clients to get to know their own patterns of living, find their direction, and move toward their goals more consciously.
Karen works from – Penrith on Monday and Blaxland on Thursday
Karen has over 30 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She works in a collaborative way to help people improve the quality of their relationship and life satisfaction.
Rosalind (Rose) Dayman
Rose is available in Penrith on Tuesday and Wednesday
Rosalind Dayman has 25 years experience working with adults, adolescents and couples.
Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, stress management, chronic pain management, anger management, adjustment issues and workplace difficulties.
Samantha works from –
Blaxland on Wednesday & Friday
Penrith on Thursdays
Samantha has over ten years’ experience working as a School Counsellor. At Riverlands, Samantha works with children from age 11, adolescents and adults, including people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. She works with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief, and low self-esteem. She is a Board-approved secondary supervisor for provisional psychologists.
Caryn works from Penrith on Mondays & Thursdays, Blaxland on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Caryn has over fifteen years experience as a psychologist working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in private practice and government service in New South Wales & Queensland. Caryn is enthusiastic about helping people improve their quality of life and enhancing connections with family and significant others.
Clinical Psychologist – No New Clients
Nicolina works in Penrith on Tuesday
Nicolina works mainly with adult clients in the management of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorders, postnatal and perinatal issues, loss and grief, coping with acute and chronic illness, work place issues and workers compensation referrals, coping with change and issues of aging.
Barbara is available on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in our Penrith rooms
Barbara has over 25 years of broad experience working with adults and adolescents.
Kylie Maddox Pidgeon
Kylie is available in Penrith on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Kylie Maddox Pidgeon works with adolescents, adults, couples and families to facilitate resilience and positive changes in every arena of life.
Regina works from – Blaxland on Monday & Friday and Penrith on Wednesday
Regina is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in private practice, schools, hospitals and forensic settings. She has provided both individual and group therapy to adults and is proficient in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive-compulsive behaviours and trauma.
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Lorrie is available in Penrith on Mondays
Lorrie is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with 15 years’ experience. She has worked therapeutically with clients, teams and organisations across NSW health and the Non-governmental organization sector.
Flora Suh (Dr.)
Clinical Psychologist – NO NEW CLIENTS
Flora is currently on leave
Flora is an experienced and highly qualified clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping her clients find meaning amongst suffering, direction in life, and discovering their irreplaceable intrinsic value.
She completed her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology & Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Queensland, and has also studied in NZ and the USA. Flora offers psychological assessment and treatment for clients across all ages (children to older adults).

Arshia is available in Penrith on Monday, Thursday evenings, Friday & Saturday
Arshia, is a registered psychologist who has extensive experience working alongside individuals with complex needs and their families. Arshia has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and different age groups, from adolescents through to geriatrics.
Using a person-centred approach he has worked with clients who have presented with a variety of genetic, neurodevelopment, neurodegenerative, psychiatric and behavioural challenges.
Russell works from – Penrith on Tuesdays & Fridays and Blaxland on Wednesdays & Thursdays
Russell is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience providing support to individuals, couples and families in the Penrith & Blue Mountains area since 2002. Russell’s uses his experienced and evidence based, focused strategies to help people take positive steps to achieve their goals in healthy ways.
Vik is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Blaxland rooms
Vik is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working with trauma and anxiety in a variety of different settings using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution-Focused therapeutic approaches. Vik has in-depth experience helping young people aged from 16 years all the way through the lifespan.
Deb is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and on Wednesday afternoons in our Blaxland rooms
Debbie is a Registered Psychologist, having worked as a School Counsellor for the past decade, including a Counsellor Exchange experience in Vancouver, Canada. With a genuine interest in people’s stories, Debbie is conscious of how life experiences have shaped unique individuals, and enjoys working alongside the client throughout their therapeutic journey.
Business Support Officer
Deana works alongside our Directors to improve business outcomes including efficiency and service delivery.
Deana is also part of our professional development and training endeavours, assisting to optimize the team experience.
Administrative Team Leader
Dominique is a first point of contact at Riverlands Therapy Services. As our Admin Team Leader she oversees and directly contributes to the effective and efficient delivery of customer service to clients, and the provision of day-to-day support to therapists.
Lauren is a first point of contact at Riverlands Therapy Services. She occupies the role of front of house receptionist welcoming new and existing clients, taking telephone calls, and booking appointments. She is more than happy to work with you to find the most suitable person to assist you from our team.

Rachel is part of our front of house reception team at Riverlands, welcoming clients to our practice and taking phone calls for appointment bookings and enquiries.
Rachel works Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Rosie is our resident Riverlands therapy dog, and the cutest and most popular member of our team! At almost two years of age, she is surprisingly calm and always friendly, great at helping people feel better, especially if they are sad.
Rosie assists Psychologist Renee from Penrith on Mondays and Thursdays, and Blaxland on Tuesdays & Fridays.
