Russell is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience providing support to individuals, couples and families in the Penrith & Blue Mountains area since 2002.
Russell uses his experienced and evidence based, focused strategies to help people take positive steps to achieve their goals in healthy ways.
Russell works from our Penrith rooms on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and our Blaxland rooms Thursdays and Fridays.
