Christina Komal Rota
Christina believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard and supported as they work through life’s challenges. Her aim is to empower individuals to embrace their emotions, foster self-acceptance, and move forward with confidence.
Christina is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She takes a warm and holistic approach to therapy, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and develop greater meaning and connection in their lives. Christina also conducts comprehensive ADHD and Autism assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
