Darren is an experienced Psychologist who has been working with adults and adolescents for 10 years.

Through Darren’s extensive experience he has very good outcomes with clients who are experiencing challenges in areas including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, personality, self-esteem, and adjustment to challenging life events. Darren’s approach is warm, friendly and very supportive.

He is very passionate about his work and truly believes in the value of therapy not only for improving mental health, but also for creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Darren utilises techniques and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness.
