Ashna Lama
Ashna is a provisional psychologist, in the process of completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic environment grounded in authenticity, warmth, and empathy. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, Ashna welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the neurodivergent and LGBTQI+ communities.
Ashna’s practice integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based family interventions, and Schema Therapy.
Ashna is dedicated to providing personalised care that respects the unique experiences and needs of each client, and hopes to create a supportive space where clients can explore and achieve their therapeutic goals with openness and compassion.
Qualifications:
Master of Clinical Psychology (ongoing) – Western Sydney University.
Bachelor of Psychology (Honors) – Western Sydney University.
